David Wilson Homes and Redrow are preparing two full planning applications for a new residential community of approximately 310 high-quality homes in a sustainable location that complements the character of Sandiway and seamlessly integrate into the surrounding landscape, while addressing the housing needs of the borough with 30% affordable housing provision. The site is located outside of the Green Belt within the Open Countryside.

The site has been designed through a co-ordinated masterplan, to ensure the two planning applications deliver a cohesive community. This website provides an overview of our proposals and allows you to share your thoughts before we submit an application to Cheshire West and Chester Council.
